"My Turbulence Training Review"

When I first heard about Turbulence Training in an article running in Mens Health. I was skeptical about most of these workout routines, but decided to give it a shot. If Mens Health gave it a good review, then why not.

I have never been a muscle-gym guy, but lately my body has been suffering at the hand of a boss who demands that I put in extra hours. I know I should draw the line eventually, but I am not one to rock the boat, and we all know how tough it is to get a job, nowadays.

So when I notice a little pudge or "love handle" forming on my 34 inch waist I knew it was time to take action, and action is what I took, that's when I encountered Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training...

What initially drew me to the idea of Turbulence Training was the idea of shorter more intense workouts. As I understand it isthe intensity and shortness of the workouts combined in a way that shocks your muscles into doing more work than they would normally be doing otherwise. These short spurts of energy, and the high intensity seemed custom tailored to my lack of free time. At the end of a workout, You get pretty damn tired.

My physique isn't what it used to be, but will slowly and surely be on its way back. I have no doubt that Turbulence Training along with a low-carb diet will help make up the difference...

Anyway, I was starting to look for more answers to my (literally) growing need to get rid of my waistline problem. Turbulence Training was not the first exercise routine that I had tried, in fact it was pretty close to the end of my list. I started out with the more traditional ways, basically anything that I had ever heard any hype about. These are all good workouts, but they weren't nearly intense enough to get fast results.

I also came across Mike Geary and his truth about abs workout program, It was like night and day. Where as everything provided was a good workout and nutritional information.. Turbulence Training and truth about abs provided an excellent workout and nutrition program. It was not the exercises in particular, but more the style in which you do them. Truth about six pack abs gave better nutritional value..

I have not tried it but my friend says she swears by it. It is called fat loss 4 idiots. She say's she was not knowledgeable to what to do and was recommended to check out fat loss 4 idiots by her friend. With all the hype out there why not listen to a friend, right?
