Extend your legs forward as much as possible and keep them straight. Then bend them down as you lower them back to your body. Repeat this for as many times as necessary. You can also alternate legs for further definition.</p>
<p>Consider adding some lunges into your exercise routine. You can complete these with or without weights and still get great results. Place your feet together and make a step forward. Your heel will be leading this motion if you are doing it correctly. Check your leg to make sure that it is bent at a 90 degree angle.
