			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have to learn to switch your mindset from losing weight to losing body fat.&nbsp;Your weight is just some number that is told you to you and actually doesn&#8217;t mean anything, but fat on the other hand is an actual physical substance that is can be very unhealthy for you.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;The best way to get rid of fat would be to increase your metabolism by increasing your lean muscle mass&#8230; if you don&#8217;t then any extra calorie that you eat will be stored by your body as fat.&nbsp;  &nbsp;The right <a title="fitness workout plans" href="http://www.theartofweightlifting.com/" target="_blank">fitness workout plans</a> will easily target the large muscle complexes in your body and help you burn calories at accelerated rates.&nbsp;&nbsp;One of these muscle complexes that is one of the biggest is your hip and thigh complex.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You are going to learn some great moves to add to your <a title="exercise routines" href="http://www.theartofweightlifting.com/" target="_blank">exercise routines</a> that you can use to build your thighs and butt that will not only have you looking incredible, but will have you burning unhealthy body fat all over your body.</p>
<p>&nbsp;1. The Basic Squat&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;This exercise has been around for a very long time.&nbsp;  It really hits your thighs and butt, not to mention most of the rest of your body.  &nbsp;To make sure that you don&#8217;t injure yourself, work on using the best form you can.&nbsp;  You can do squats with dumbbells, barbells, or just your body weight&#8230; all of them work great.</p>
<p>2. The Deadlift</p>
<p>&nbsp;There&#8217;s no doubt about it, the deadlift if one of the most effective exercises for&nbsp;strengthening&nbsp;your butt, hamstrings, and even your lower back too.&nbsp;  &nbsp;One of the best ways to burn ton&#8217;s of unhealthy body fat is to really concentrate on your butt because it alone is a huge muscle complex.&nbsp;  Like the squat, you have to concentrate on great form for this exercise.</p>
<p>&nbsp;3. Walking lunges&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is another favorite of mine.  It really isolates each leg and since you are walking while doing them it also works on your balance.  &nbsp;Because you are going to be a little off balance, you will have to move with really good form so you don&#8217;t fall.&nbsp;  You can do the walking lunge with body weight, but if you&rsquo;re ready, use dumbbells.</p>
